Dr Jadwiga has over 25 years of experience in working with patients addressing health problems that often failed to be resolved with main stream medical treatments. Her holistic approach and a deep understanding of human nature and body as well as a broad range of therapies and health programs have benefited thousands of people over the years of her international practice. In her work she merges multitude of medicinal approaches to design health programs specifically tailored to individual health needs. Dr. Jadwiga (Jagoda) Nowak Ph.D.
Dr. Jadwiga Nowak is a highly educated and experienced health professional and consultant with a diverse background in pharmacology, psychosomatic rehabilitation, naturopathy, nutrition, herbal and Ayurvedic medicine. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Biomedical Sciences from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, as well as a Master's degree in Psychosomatic Rehabilitation from the University of Physical Education in Krakow, Poland. Additionally, she is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor, Master Herbalist and Master Iridologist (School of Natural Medicine, Boulder, USA; British School of Iridology, GB) as well as has a certificate in Ayurvedic Medicine, Panchakarma and Massage Therapy.
Dr. Nowak has a significant research experience and published several peer reviewed research papers in reputable journals. She is currently working with African universities as well as with traditional healers to develop herbal medicine curriculums that can be taught at a higher educational level.
Dr. Nowak is also a successful entrepreneur, founder and Managing Director of Eostre World Limited, a company that specializes in the scientific research and formulation of medicinal herbal teas and various herbal supplements/nutraceuticals and drugs.
She is a committed philanthropist and a founding member of CSCA (Children Sports Charity Academy/Care Skilling Centre Africa) where free vocational support is provided to the less-privileged members of the local community. As a sport enthusiast and martial artist (second dan black belt in taekwondo, boxing), a CSCA martial arts gym is a key of her focus and keeps young boys and girls off the street, providing them a safe space to exercise, socialize and learn sports skills.
Overall, Jadwiga is a well-rounded individual with a wealth of knowledge and experience in various health-related fields. In line with her desire for environmentally sustainable and healthy life style, she created a variety of uniquely African herbal tea blends already available on the market, as well as many nutraceuticals still ongoing scientific rigor of the research under Eostre World Ltd.
